Returns
At Beck and Willow, each of our leather goods is carefully handmade, with unique characteristics that give them their distinctive charm. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
-
Unused and Undamaged Condition: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. This means no signs of wear, patina, or damage (including scratches, stains, or stretching).
-
Custom and One-off Items: Due to the custom and often one-of-a-kind nature of many of our products, custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty or have a workmanship defect. Please ensure you are happy with the design and specifications before placing an order.
-
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will arrange for repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Return Process:
-
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at hello@beckandwillow.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
-
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is being returned due to a fault or damage present upon delivery.
-
We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items:
-
Items that show signs of wear or misuse (including but not limited to scuffs, scratches, patina, or stains).
-
Custom or personalized goods (unless faulty or damaged).
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back.
Note: The natural ageing process of the leather, including the development of a patina, is not considered a defect but rather a unique feature of our products.
