If something fails (a seam comes undone, hardware breaks, stitching pulls through) we'll repair it. No charge for the work, and if you're in the UK, we'll arrange prepaid return shipping.

We'll fix:

• Stitching that comes loose or breaks
• Hardware that fails: zippers, buckles, rivets, snaps
• Structural issues with the leather or construction

Leather ages. That's the best part. The deepening colour, the soft edges, the patina that builds over the years. That's not damage, that's character.

We also can't help with accidents. Your dog thought it was a chew toy, it went in the washing machine, that sort of thing. The same goes for modifications done elsewhere.

If you ever run into an issue, email us. We'll assess it; we just need a photo or two. If it's a defect in our workmanship, we'll get it sorted.

For UK customers, we'll arrange prepaid return shipping. International customers cover shipping to us; we'll cover the return.

Most repairs don't take long, but we'll provide you with a specific timeframe. We'll bring it back to life with the same attention we put into making it.
