What Our Guarantee Covers:

If your leather goods show any defect in workmanship (such as stitching coming undone, hardware failure, etc.) during normal use, we will gladly repair your item free of charge. This includes:

• Restitching seams
• Replacing hardware (buckles, zippers, etc.)

What’s Not Covered:

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by:

• Accidental damage or misuse (e.g., cuts, burns, or water damage)
• Normal wear and tear (such as scuffs, patina, or color fading)
• Alterations or repairs done by unauthorized third parties
• Intentional damage or neglect

How It Works:

If you experience an issue, simply contact us at hello@beckandwillow.com. We’ll assess the problem and determine whether a repair or replacement is necessary. In most cases, we’ll repair the product, bringing it back to life with the same care and attention we put into crafting it.

Please note that while the guarantee covers repairs for defects in workmanship or materials, any significant restoration work beyond this scope may be subject to a fee. We’ll always discuss these options with you beforehand.

Your Responsibility:

While we are happy to cover the costs of repairing or replacing any defects in materials or craftsmanship, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs both to us and back to customer. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure your item reaches us safely.
