I bought a gorgeous, beautifully made, shoulder bag. Ben made a bespoke strap for it which is perfect, he knew exactly what would work and the overall design is really classy. Well worth it for something that will last a lifetime. Would definitely recommend.

Huge thanks to Ben for repairing and improving a simple bracelet with fabulous purple leather. The original strap was close to breaking and so I asked him to see what he could do with it. Absolutely delighted with the result.
